How much is shipping?
All standard deliveries are charged at a flat $8.95. When your basket reaches $50, shipping is removed from the total automatically.
How long will my order take?
Orders placed on a working day are usually dispatched the next one, with 3 to 7 business days in transit after that. Weekend and holiday orders start the following working day.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Shipping is available throughout the United States but not beyond it. International delivery is not something we offer.
Can I return something?
Most items are returnable for 30 days after delivery. The conditions, the exceptions and the process are described below. Only unused items in original, intact packaging can be returned. Once something has been used or opened it cannot be accepted.
Who pays for return postage?
Return postage is the customer's responsibility except where an item was faulty, damaged on delivery or incorrect. In those cases we pay the return and refund the delivery charge.

Can I cancel an order?

Once handed over to the carrier, an order cannot be cancelled. Refusing the delivery or returning it under the returns policy both lead to a refund on receipt.
My parcel arrived damaged. What now?
If your order arrives damaged, keep the packaging, photograph it, and email customerservice@pbedhaven.shop within 48 hours. We will put it right at our own cost.

How do I check where my order is?
Your Craig's Beds Mattress Store NYC confirmation email carries the order number; enter it with the billing email address on the Track Your Order page. If tracking has not moved for five business days, email customerservice@pbedhaven.shop and we will chase the carrier.
