Apple Pay and Google Pay

Available on supported devices and browsers as an express checkout option.

Klarna

Offered at checkout where eligible. Terms are set by Klarna, not by us.

Afterpay

Available at checkout where eligible. The agreement is between you and Afterpay.

Currency

All prices display and charge in US dollars. We do not add handling costs to the total shown at checkout.

How your card details are handled

When you pay, the details go to the payment gateway over an encrypted connection. We are sent the result and nothing that could be used to charge a card again.

When you are charged

Funds are taken as the order is placed, not later at dispatch. Where we cannot supply, we cancel and refund in full. See the Cancellation Policy.

Declined payments

Failed payments create no order and take no money, although a temporary authorisation can appear and then drop off. Ask your bank, then call +1 212-840-1717.
