Shipping Policy
Orders ship within the United States from our New York address. This page is the complete shipping policy: cost, timing, packing and the process when a delivery fails.
The short version
Flat $8.95 shipping, free over $50, United States only, dispatched within one business day.

All standard deliveries are charged at a flat $8.95. When your basket reaches $50, shipping is removed from the total automatically.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders placed on a working day are usually dispatched the next one, with 3 to 7 business days in transit after that. Weekend and holiday orders start the following working day.
Where we ship
Shipping is available throughout the United States but not beyond it. International delivery is not something we offer.
Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, keep the packaging, photograph it, and email customerservice@pbedhaven.shop within 48 hours. We will put it right at our own cost.
Delayed or missing parcels
Parcels showing no movement for five business days are chased by us, not by you. Get in touch and we will start the claim.
